Welcome to the beautiful Zillertal in Tyrol! Our apartment offers you the perfect base for a relaxing holiday in Austria. The comfortable holiday apartment for up to 4 people is situated on a sunny hillside in the village of Ramsau. Ramsau in the Zillertal is part of the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region and due to its central location offers many opportunities to explore the wonderful landscape on foot, on skis or by bicycle.
Our apartment in a scenic elevated location is the ideal base for the region's attractive ski areas, including Action Mountain Penken and Leisure Mountain Ahorn. Hikers appreciate direct access to circular hiking trails and extensive mountain tours.

Hello, my name is Monika. I am married and the mother of a grown-up son. I love nature, enjoy sports and really like spending time with people. My nickname, Moni, gave our business “Moni’s Apartment” its name. We have furnished the apartment with great care and to a high standard, so that we would feel just as comfortable staying here on holiday ourselves. My family and I warmly welcome you to our home!
Activities in the region
The entire Zillertal, including the Mayrhofen-Hippach holiday region, offers varied outdoor experiences throughout the year. In summer, hiking trails, bike routes and via ferratas lead through the Zillertal mountains; in winter, ski areas, toboggan runs, winter walking routes and cross-country trails await.
Our apartment enjoys a scenic elevated location on the sunny side of the valley and is an ideal base for exploring the Zillertal, including Ramsau, Mayrhofen, Zell am Ziller and the Zillertal Alps High Mountain Nature Park. Families will find numerous excursion destinations, swimming facilities and leisure activities in the region.
